The same report, every week.
Someone pulls numbers from three tools, pastes them into a spreadsheet and sends it around. Next Monday, they do it again.
Twice Flow helps US teams of 20–200 people turn repetitive work into measurable capacity. We learn how your business runs, put a number on what the busywork costs, then build and support AI automation that you own.

Do it twice. Build a flow. Never do it again.
The problem
Someone pulls numbers from three tools, pastes them into a spreadsheet and sends it around. Next Monday, they do it again.
Leads, orders and support emails sit until someone reads, tags and routes them. When it gets busy, response times slip.
Leadership is asking for it. But the people who know the processes best are the ones too busy to redesign them.
Some teams need a clear plan. Others already know exactly what slows them down. Either way, every engagement starts with the business problem, never the tool.
Workflows that take repetitive operational work off your team’s plate, across sales, ops, finance and support.

We’re a new agency, and we won’t pretend otherwise. So instead of logos, here’s exactly how we’ll earn and measure results, starting with three founding partners.
Become one of our first three founding partners. We’ll find and build one high-impact automation for your team at no implementation fee, with a deliberately focused scope of a few delivery days.
You get
We ask for
hours saved / month × loaded hourly cost = monthly value
Move the sliders to try your own numbers. These are not results or a guarantee; real figures come from discovery and are agreed with you before we build.
How it works
We ask about the work, not the tools. What repeats, how often, who owns it, where it breaks, and what it costs your team today.
A clear scope, a fixed price, our assumptions, a timeline, and the metrics we’ll use to judge success. All agreed before anything gets built.
We design, build and test inside your own accounts. Exceptions are handled, security is reviewed, and your team signs off before launch.
We stay close after go-live and measure the result against the baseline. Then you run it yourself, or add an optional optimization plan.
How we build
A flow that breaks quietly is worse than no flow at all. So we build for the day after launch: measured, tested, documented and secure.
Baseline and target metrics are set before the build, so “did it work?” has a real answer.
Agreed acceptance criteria, exception handling and user testing. Nothing ships to production untested.
Every flow comes with plain-language docs, so your team can run, change or hand it over.
Access is planned up front, credentials stay in your accounts, and every build gets a security review.
Client Ownership First
We never build artificial dependency. Everything runs in your environment, under your accounts, with documentation your team can actually use.

No. Bring the problem, not the solution. On the call we talk about how work moves through your team today. Figuring out where AI fits, and where it doesn’t, is our job.
Every implementation is a fixed-price project, quoted after discovery and agreed before we start. The Opportunity Call and the proposal, including the ROI estimate, are free.
Before we build, we agree on a baseline and a target. The core formula is simple: monthly hours saved × loaded hourly cost = monthly dollar value. We add cycle time, error rates or response speed when they matter more for the use case.
You do. Workflows, data, credentials, AI and API accounts all live in your environment, with documentation. If we part ways, everything keeps running.
Whatever fits the problem, its risk and how easy it will be to maintain. We often orchestrate with n8n and connect models like OpenAI and Claude to the systems you already use, with custom code when it’s justified. The tool is never the starting point.
No. It’s about capacity. The goal is to take repetitive work off your team so the same people can handle more of the work that actually needs them.
30–60 days of support is included with every implementation. After that you can run things yourself, or add an optional monthly plan for monitoring, improvements and new flows.
US B2B companies with roughly 20–200 employees, established workflows and modern cloud tools, whose leadership wants to use AI but doesn’t have an internal team for it. If you’re outside that range, ask anyway.
Tell us about the work your team keeps repeating. We’ll tell you, honestly, whether it’s worth automating.
